New Story Arrives in Motel Sick Anthology
I’m pleased to announce the release of Stories From the Motel Sick, a collection of bizarre and terrifying tales set in an impossible motel that bends time and space with an infinite number of rooms, each with its own mind-bending story.
The anthology is the brainchild of award-winning bizarro author Michael Allen Rose, and features stories from a staggering array of talent, including Matt Dinniman (of Dungeon Crawler Carl fame), Bram Stoker Award winners Jeff Strand and Cynthia Pelayo, and a host of others who have my imposter syndrome firing on all cylinders.
My contribution, “Gideons,” is—there’s just no getting around it—sick. I went for the gross-out in this one, but in a way that still aligns to my introspective and character-driven style. Like the weird kid who can’t believe the size of the thing that just came out of his nose, I’m pretty proud of it, and I can’t wait for you to see it for yourself.
You can get your very own copy of Stories From the Motel Sick from your favorite local bookstore and the usual online outlets.
